As the cost of living crisis and increase in heating bills continues to hit local people hard, Pinxton have re-opened their Warm Hub.

Held in Pinxton Village Hall every Wednesday from 12noon to 4pm, it is open to residents of the village. 

With the help of funding, they are able to provide free hot refreshments and leisure and sporting activities, allowing the group to socialise and make new friends.

Our sports development coaches attend the weekly session to provide activities such as shuffleboard, archery, indoor kurling and board games.

Activities such as this not only give people the opportunity to have a hot meal and get out of the house, but the chance to become active, even if they don't realise it.
