The 193.5 mile M1 motorway runs through the heart of Bolsover District with four junctions (28, 29, 29A and 30) serving the area. And lying just 10-miles east of the District is the main A1 highway making it an easy place for people to visit. The National Express bus service also stops in nearby Alfreton, Chesterfield, Mansfield and Worksop.
