Earlier this month, one of our Enforcement Officers witnessed a dog walker deposit a bag of dog waste at the side of Worksop Road near Mastin Moor.

When challenged about this, the dog walker maintained they intended to pick it up later which is not acceptable. The officer issued a £100 fixed penalty for littering which has since been paid. Our enforcement team patrol the District regularly and have a zero tolerance policy regarding littering and dog fouling.
