We publish an 'Authority Monitoring Report' each year in order to show how the Local Plan for Bolsover District (March 2020) is contributing towards bringing forward sustainable development, while safeguarding the environment.
The Authority Monitoring Report reviews progress in the implementation of the Local Plan by monitoring the effectiveness of our adopted planning policies. This helps us to ensure that progress is being made towards achieving the objectives set out in the Local Plan or indicate when these policies might need to be reviewed.
