You will be required to undertake a safeguarding course every three-years.
- Provide a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. The check will only show convictions that are not ‘spent’, for example some types of caution will disappear after three-months. The check costs £18 and usually takes up to 14 days for you to receive your certificate. Please visit GOV.UK (opens in a new window) to obtain one.
Please be aware if you are already a licensed driver with us then we may be able to use your enhanced DBS certificate (as long as you are registered to the update service) and safeguarding certificate from your private hire and Hackney carriage driver's licence.
