Bolsover Homes is our Choice Based Lettings system

This system allows anyone with an active application on the housing waiting list, to search, select and apply for a new home of their choice across Bolsover District. (within the usual eligibility criteria). 

Alternatively weekly newsletters containing this information are readily available to view during office hours at our Contact Centres. Upon request a newsletter can be emailed to you (free) or posted out (a charge will be incurred for this service).

To bid for a property you can:

• Through Contact Centre employees.
