A Mansfield resident has paid a £300 fixed penalty notice for a fly tipping offence in Shirebrook.

Evidence was found in the fly tipped waste by our streetscene team on Patchwork row and passed to the enforcement team to investigate. The offender admitted the offence and paid the fixed penalty notice to prevent the matter being taken to court.

We have a zero-tolerance approach to fly tipping and will take enforcement action against those responsible.
