A brand new mural is set to be created that will help brighten up Market Street in South Normanton.

Local councillor Emma Stevenson came up with the idea and approached the landlord of The Clock Inn, Edward Skinner to see if they could utilise the side of his pub.

Edward agreed and a drop in event was recently staged at the pub for local residents to have their say on what they would like to see included in the mural.
