An overgrown patch of land next to Whitwell train station has been adopted by the Just Good Friends Group.

The land is currently unused and the group have plans to create an area that locals, group members and commuters can use. The area will be revitalised and provide a much-needed update to the site.

Work is due to start in mid-August and Bolsover TV (opens in a new window) went to talk to some of those involved in the project.
