We have joined forces with Live Life Better Derbyshire to provide the districts children with a range of free, fun activities.

Child's Choice is a new physical activity offer from Live Life Better Derbyshire.

It's for children whose parents are taking part in our eight-week Healthy Families Growing Up programme.

Eligible families are referred to district leisure providers who will support children to take part in fun, free activities in the local community. Families are eligible for Child's Choice if:

• A parent or carer attends five sessions of the Healthy Families Growing Up programme
• They have a child aged between five and 12 years old
• The child is above a healthy weight or at risk of becoming above a healthy weight
• Child's Choice also extends to two further siblings if they are also aged between five and 12 years and are above a healthy weight '6)r at risk of becoming above a healthy weight.

A maximum of three eligible children per household can take part.
