To register as a practitioner or to register a premises where these activities are to take place as part of a business, complete the online application form at GOV.UK.

The cost of registering a premise is £37. For an individual licence the cost is £23.50. It is illegal to conduct body piercing, tattooing, acupuncture or electrolysis until the registration has been formally approved.
