A Bolsover resident has paid a £100 fixed penalty notice for not clearing up after their dog on a residential street.

The incident was captured on CCTV and is a breach of the district wide Public Spaces Protection Order. The footage was supplied to us and we investigated and identified the dog owner.

Dog fouling is dangerous and we do not tolerate such behaviour.
