If you would like to make a Right to Buy application please visit GOV.UK (opens in a new window) and fill in the Right to Buy application form (RTB1 notice). We would then ask that you hand in the completed form at your nearest Contact Centre along with one proof of identification and one proof of address for each tenant(s) and family member(s) wishing to share the Right to Buy. Failure to provide proofs at the time of submission will result in the application being delayed and could result in your application being denied.

Timescales
Once you have made your application, there are strict timescales for tenants who wish to buy their home, so if you do not respond within the timescales, you will need to re-apply. It is important that you respond within the timescales provided when we contact you.
