A resident from Mansfield Woodhouse has paid a £200 fixed penalty for breach of their Householder Duty of Care to ensure their waste is passed to an authorised person.

We were informed of some fly-tipped waste on Wood Lane Shirebrook, and upon investigation our enforcement officers found evidence linked to the persons property. They were issued with a fixed penalty notice, which they have duly paid.
