Small-scale excavations at Wogan cavern starting in 2021 have shown it to be a remarkable site. In this talk the work to date is explained. The results of post-excavation pilot studies, as well as discoveries made during the summer 2024 excavation, have confirmed that Wogan Cavern is an early prehistoric site of international significance.
