9:45 am to 10:45am and 3pm to 4pm

Led by the Congeries of Sound, relax and immerse yourself in a mindful music session.

These sound baths incorporate the use of Gongs, Rav Drums, Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, Percussion Instruments and Channeled Chanting a form of light language.

These experiences will take place in the Old Hall, before and after opening to the public for exclusive access. There will also be a drop-in session between 11:30am and 1pm in the North Orchard.

This experience is suitable for families, children must be accompanied by an adult during the session.
