We undertake an annual service on all gas appliances and systems in our properties. The annual service is very important and if not carried out can result in an appliance becoming a potential hazard.

We will write to you 30 days in advance to inform you of your appointment. When you receive your gas servicing appointment letter, please check the date and time of the appointment and if this is inconvenient for you call us on 01246 593027 to rearrange your appointment.

Please ensure your gas meter is readily accessible and there is sufficient credit for the gas service to take place. Once the gas safety checks have been completed, we will provide you with a copy of the certificate for your home via email at the end of the visit. Please note: if you request a paper copy of the certificate this will be posted out at a later time.

All gas engineers that complete the servicing are registered and qualified to the standards required by the Gas Safe Register. Gas safety checks are a legal requirement so if access to your property is denied, we can use gas restrictors and/or may take legal action.
