A £100 Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN) has been paid for a littering offence in Clowne.
During a routine patrol of the District, one of our Enforcement Officers witnessed the driver of a vehicle throw the litter from their vehicle window.
We recently increased the fixed penalty amount for littering to £100 to deter littering in our district and since April 2022, we have issued 56 Fixed Penalty Notices for littering.
