A £150 Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN) has been issued in Shirebrook today (17 January 2023) for littering.
The driver of a vehicle was witnessed by one of our Enforcement Officers, throwing tissues on the ground, that they had just used to clean their car windows.
Our officers continually patrol the District ensuring it is kept clean and tidy and we encourage you to dispose of your waste properly, or risk receiving a FPN.
