The latest episode of Bolsover TV is now live and can also be viewed on our Vimeo channel.
In this week's episode:
- we set up a wholly owned company called Dragonfly Developments to help build more council houses, create jobs and generate much-needed income for the authority,
- Council staff get knitting and want local residents to join them,
- we take a look at some of the amazing displays as the District prepares for Remembrance Sunday,
- the Streetscene teams have been nominated for an award,
- volunteers, businesses and community groups came together to help plant trees as part of the Council’s Woodland Experience Day, and
- a dance group from Barlborough is helping people release their inner-creativeness and expressing their emotions.
We also have extended features with Council Leader, Cllr Steve Fritchley and the CEO of Dragonfly Developments, Grant Galloway who talk about the decision to set up the new company and Melanie Bradford from MK Dance who tells us why people should enjoy this form of art.
