Jobcentre opening times temporarily reduced

Across the country, COVID rates have been rising and the government has reinforced the critical actions we must take to protect the NHS and save lives.

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) have already suspended all mandatory face to face customer activity for all DWP products and services and alongside that, from Monday 18 January, they are temporarily reducing Jobcentre opening hours to 10am to 2pm daily for those customers who cannot access our services in any other way. The rest of the time customers will be served online or on the phone.
