We are supporting Operation Sceptre

Operation Sceptre is a national campaign to tackle knife crime and violence and runs from 13-19 May 2024.

As part of Operation Sceptre, our Bolsover Community Safety Partnership are encouraging you all to bring in your knives and dispose of them safely and securely, no questions asked!

Part of this involves taking them to a knife Amnesty Bin.

We listened to our local communities, and we have brought the Knife Amnesty Bin to you!

We will be holding our STREET MEEETS in various locations so if you would like to come and discuss any issues in your area please come and see us.

The team will be out with KNIFE AMNESTY BIN at the below locations:

  • 15 May - 10:00-11:30am at Bolsover Bainbridge Hall car park and  3-4.30pm at Clowne Community Centre car park.
  • 16 May 2024 -10:00-11:30am at Creswell Heritage and Wellbeing car park and 3-4.30pm at Whitwell Community Centre Car Park

If you know anyone who carries a knife or is considering doing so, please let us know using the following methods and remember, in doing so, you could save a life.
