That's why we do everything we can to help people gain the relevant and necessary qualifications to make sure they can deliver organised, safe, fun, progressive and inclusive sessions to participants in our communities.

Change 4 Life
Change 4 Life is a campaign that aims to change your habits and live a healthier lifestyle. These days, ’modern life’ can mean that we’re a lot less active. With so many opportunities to watch TV or play computer games, and with so much convenience and fast food available, we don’t move about as much, or eat as well as we used to. Change4Life provides healthy eating tips, ideas to get active and advice on how to live a healthy life.
Community Sports Trust
